Fit:

The body fit is based on vintage workwear pieces, but modified for a slightly longer in the sleeve and body than the references. It’s still roomy in the body and shoulders for ease of movement. 

Style Reference: 

The generous front pockets were found in old car clubs and drizzler style jackets from prominent manufacturers in the 40’s & 50’s. This take on the style uses rayon pocket bags to give a refined feel. 

Fabric: 

The 12.5oz Selvidge Denim fabric is a unique blend.  The vintage looms making this fabric use extra large bobbins so that there are less breaks in the fabric as it’s being woven. The warp side uses Sally Fox Organic Cotton, and the weft side uses linen yarns. The combination of yarns used makes for a rich, soft feel from the cotton, and better breathability and drape from the linen.
